Course Overview

The (PMP)® designation is recognized worldwide as the standard of the profession, attesting to one's core knowledge, and understanding of critical Project Management concepts, principles, and techniques. This comprehensive five days PMP EXAM PREP course will prepare you to pass the Project Management Professional (PMP)® examination. The course is kept up to date with the framework of knowledge outlined by the Project Management Institute's (PMI-PMBOK)® Guide Six Edition, 2017. The course contains different tools and techniques that will empower each participant to learn the smart way not the hard way. In addition, the course includes comprehensive number of examples, and sample examination questions associated with their answers to improve the chances of passing the exam on the first attempt using well-proven and successful course delivery methods.

Course Methodology

The course is unique in its type as participant has to visit all ten knowledge areas with total of forty nine processes in five days. Our creative delivery method will achieve this goal through fun learning. Participants will learn how to visualize more than memorize. We use many samples, examples, and real life case studies in order to map concepts and principles which not only make it easy for learning and understanding, but also it will be more smooth and practical to apply in real project management practices. At the end of each knowledge area, a set of challenging questions are presented in order to assess the amount of learning at one side, and understand the exam questions' approaches and tricks on the other side.
