Course Overview

The PMP® designation is recognized worldwide as the standard of the profession, attesting to one's core knowledge and understanding of critical Project Management concepts, principles and techniques. Certification sets Project Management Professionals (PMP®'s) shows that you have mastered essential project management skills and knowledge.
To pass the PMP examination, out of the 200 questions, candidates must correctly answer a minimum of 106 questions (Excluding 25 Questions). Which means the minimum percentage score to be obtained should be 65%.
This comprehensive five days PMP EXAM PREP course will prepare the participants to pass the Project Management Professional (PMP®) examination. The course is kept up to date with the framework of knowledge outlined by the Project Management Institute's PMBOK® Guide Fifth Edition, 2012. Test-taking tips and exam strategies as well plenty of review materials will be submitted in this course to assist with passing the PMP® exam. Course Methdology

The course is unique in its type as participant has to visit all ten knowledge areas with total of forty seven processes in five days. Our creative delivery method will achieve this goal through fun learning. Participants will learn how to visualize more than memorize. We use many samples and examples in order to map concepts, principles which not only make easy for learning it, rather it will be more fun to apply it in real project management practices. Project management revolution is first communicated, then the importance of doing the right things right is followed. Each and every knowledge area will then thoroughly explained by expressing its processes associated with its inputs, tools techniques and outputs. While skimming through the details, participants will learn a lot about many documents, definitions, concepts, tools, techniques and all related components that are required in order to master the topic. At the end of each knowledge area, a set of challenging questions are presented in order to assess the amount of learning at one side, and learn about the exam questions tricks on the other side.
