Course Methodology

This training course is designed to be interactive and participatory. To maximize its effectiveness, the course relies on the use of video clips, individual and team exercises, and case studies and scenarios. Moreover, the course uses a mix of interactive techniques, such as brief presentations by the consultant and the participants. This is a hands-on training course using participants laptops and fast internet access provided by the hotel or by the customer if it is an inhouse course.
